Norwegian top handball and Håndballuka has chosen to support Right To Play's work to develop handball activities in Uganda. Handball has become legc a very popular sport in northern Uganda and it is a sport where girls and boys can be at the same venue. They train and play together which is not so common in Africa by other sports.
Children and young people in Uganda wants very an asphalt path in Soroti - a district in north-east Uganda. They need his or her education and development of coaches and equipment for activities - especially the need for handballs big. Handball is played primarily at schools in northern Uganda.
Aim to Håndballuka is to help ensure that their wishes will be met. Since we started the project in September, we have already legc collected money which represents 37% of a handball court. That means we midfield fast approaching! legc The contributions have come from registration to open training and from sms.
